The sunshine has made an appearance just in time for me to get down to the beach for some seaside action this weekend! South Beach, Bridlington will be awash with all kinds of vehicles from yesteryear as it hosts the return of Race the Waves on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th June.
There’s lots going on around the town too including live music and a Steampunk festival. I’m looking forward to a Saturday filled with sun, sea, sand and sexy hotrods! For more info visit:
Classics on the Green
A hop, skip and a jump from East to West on Sunday morning as I’ll be supporting Classic Cars on Lytham Green, a fabulous event which has already raised in excess of £28,000 for the Rosemere Cancer Foundation. Previous years have seen over 700 classics gather on the Green, so I reckon I’m going to have a pretty busy day!
Auction Update
Over the past week the sun shone on Evoke Classics’ Auctions with the hammer successfully going down on the BMW Targa, Rover Convertible and cheeky little Imp. Auctions closing out and new lots include:
- 1984 Maserati BiTurbo – current bid £2,500
- 1969 Chevy Pickup – current bid £6,000
- 1961 Jaguar Mk II – current bid £5,000
- 1986 BMW E30 – bidding opened today, starting at £2,000
- 1999 BMW Z3M Roadster – current bid £3,000
